MANILA -- This coming holiday season, prices of goods, especially bread are expected to increase.
On December, prices of bread are expected to rise because of the increase in the prices of sugar and the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
Sugar is one of the primary ingredients of bread. Earlier reports say, there is a high demand of sugar but there is insufficient supply. Bakers also use LPG.
Arnel Ty of the LPG Marketers Association said there would be a 3.50 per kilo increase in a regular tank, expected to also take effect on December. (Sunnex)
