ORGANIC farming is an environmental friendly way of farming. It does not use harmful pesticides or chemicals, but instead uses compost and other techniques to make for a healthier and ecologically friendly farm.
The advantage of an organic farm is that it does not release synthetic pesticides into the environment which harm the top soil, and also seep into underground water, harming terrestrial and aquatic life.

Organic foods are higher in flavorids like queratin an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant nutritional supplement abundant in green and leafy vegetables which has been promoted as being effective against a variety of disease including the Big C.
